This newly constructed boathouse was designed by our design subsidiary Spencer Douglas. The two bedroom living space on the second story make it great for overflow. Downstairs you can find a covered slip with kitchenette and lounge area. The cottage was re-done to match the boathouse with a kitchen renovation that compliments the space perfectly.
