Lake Muskoka Boathouse

This client wanted to build a boathouse on Lake Muskoka while living in Toronto. From the first meeting, they had a line item budget and full transparency from contract forward. Everything was pre-bid, so there were no cost overruns. Progress photos arrived throughout the build, and the site super, project manager and owner were available whenever questions came up, weekends included. The boathouse was finished on time and on budget, and the client has since been recommending PattyMac to friends.
